WAYS IN WHICH YOU CAN HELP US

OUR WISH LIST

Our Service makes a vital contribution to the Thames/Coromandel and Hauraki District communities. We have been providing services to our communities for 28 years.  Demand for our service increases every year but our funding does not keep up with that demand. This is where you may be able to help. Below is a list of things that we need to make our valuable service operate.
Please take a look at our wishlist and let us know if you can help with any of these needs. For example, you may not be able to fund a year's electricity supply but you might be able pay for a month.

Office Requirements we use every day.

  • Printer/Copier paper A4 & A3
  • Tea, coffee and milk for clients
  • Toilet paper and paper towels
  • Electricity ($200 per month)
  • Phone ($300 per month)
  • Equipment rental ($340 per month)

Volunteers

As part of our restructure to make us more economically viable we have had to reduce our team size. However, these duties still need to be performed. Perhaps you can spare a few hours?

Receptionist
Office Cleaner

Programme Delivery

Our team travels extensively throughout the region to deliver our successful Respectful Relationships Programme. We need funding to help pay for transport costs ($1200 per month) and for room hire in Paeroa ($160 per month) and Waihi ($460 per month).

Bigger Ticket Items

And of course we cannot do our work without paying for our highly skilled and qualified workforce. Wages represented over 80% our expenditure last year. We can't pay our team any where near what they deserve. If you're interested in supporting us in this way please make contact with our Manager who will happily discuss our requirements with you in confidence.
